Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EZconvy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EZconvy provides a commuter transport platform connecting riders with drivers for daily commute services in Pakistan. The Service includes mobile and web applications for booking, tracking, and managing rides.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Rider Terms

As a rider, you agree to: (a) provide accurate pickup and destination information; (b) be at the designated pickup point on time; (c) treat drivers and fellow riders with respect; (d) pay all applicable fares promptly; (e) follow all safety guidelines.

5. Driver Terms

As a driver, you agree to: (a) maintain a valid driving license and vehicle registration; (b) keep your vehicle in safe operating condition; (c) follow designated routes and schedules; (d) treat riders with courtesy and respect; (e) comply with all traffic laws and regulations.

6. Payments & Billing

Fares are calculated based on routes, stops, and applicable pricing. Payment terms vary by organization and individual bookings. EZconvy reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Cancellation Policy

Riders may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in account restrictions.

8. Safety & Conduct

All users must maintain appropriate conduct. EZconvy has zero tolerance for harassment, violence, or discrimination. Users violating safety standards may be permanently banned.

9. Limitation of Liability

EZconvy provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for delays, route changes, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
