When you submit a payment claim, we may also collect its reference and an optional receipt image. We collect account identifiers, membership and trip history, push-notification tokens, and limited app interaction, crash, performance, and diagnostic data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) match riders with routes and drivers; (c) process payments; (d) communicate about rides, updates, and promotions; (e) ensure safety and security; (f) comply with legal obligations.
3. Location Data
The rider app accesses location only after permission is granted, such as when you request your current position, choose a pickup or drop-off point, submit a route request, or view nearby transport options. The rider app does not continuously collect background location. Driver location may be collected during active trips for rider tracking and operational safety. You can disable location access in device settings, but location-based features may then be limited.
4. Data Sharing
We share only the information needed to operate the Service with drivers, riders, carpool participants, and organization administrators. We also use service providers for hosting, authentication, maps, push notifications, and error monitoring. We may disclose information to law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Ride history is retained for billing and safety purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Our mobile apps use limited operational diagnostics to understand crashes and performance. We do not use personal data for cross-app targeted advertising or share it with data brokers.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
